What I build

Start where it makes sense.
Stop wherever it stops paying.

One promise, working software, at three depths. Every rung credits toward the next, and nobody pushes you up it. Prefer to just try the thing? Open Morning.

01Use it today

A real app you can use right now.

Free · Pro $29/mo

Morning is the studio’s own product. The base tier is the actual app, not a locked door with a window in it.

Morning runs on a real database and is live today. Not a demo, not a beta waitlist. The base tier is the whole app with no trial clock. When your mornings need more, Pro is $29 a month. It’s the one piece of the studio’s work you can pick up and use before we ever talk.

Is it a bad idea to see the caliber before you commit to anything?

See Morning

Not for you if you want something shaped entirely around your own work. That’s the next two doors.

02Built for youWhere most people start

Your own personal app, built around one task.

$1,500 flat · yours forever

The thing you keep redoing every week, handed to you and running.

Tell me the one task that quietly eats your week, and I build the real, private app that takes it off your plate. The code and the data are all yours, with no subscription. Before you spend a dollar, you see a free working preview built from your own words. Not a mockup. The proof lives inside the offer.

Would it be ridiculous to look at yours working before you decide?

See what you’d build

Not for you if the job is bigger than one task, or spans a whole team. That’s door 3.

03Built for your business

A custom system for how you actually operate.

$499 roadmap → $25k builds → $2,500/mo

From a plan you can act on to a full production system, and a partner who keeps it sharp.

Start where it makes sense. A $499 Insight Report maps exactly what to build and in what order. Past that: a strategy session, a full multi-agent build, or an ongoing partnership. Prices are published and there’s no discovery-call gauntlet, so you can see the whole range before you say a word to me.

$499
Insight Report

The full plan — exactly what to build, in what order, what it takes. Credits forward.

$2,500
Strategy session

An hour one-on-one, prepared on your situation. A clear path, not a deck.

$1K–$25K
Custom builds

Bigger than a personal app — a focused tool, a multi-screen platform, or a full production system. Scoped to fit.

$2,500/mo
Ongoing partnership

It keeps getting better — new capabilities, monitoring, a partner who knows it.

Is it a bad idea to see the plan before committing to the build?

See the range

Not for you if a personal app already covers it. No need to buy the bigger thing.

Before you ask

The questions I'd ask too.

Where did the six-item price list go?

Nowhere. It is all still here, just organized as a decision instead of an inventory. Door 3 holds the roadmap, the strategy session, custom builds, and ongoing partnership, each priced. Three doors, six offers.

How much does it cost?

Morning is free (Pro is $29/mo). The personal app is a flat $1,500, once, yours forever. For a business: a $499 Insight Report that credits toward what you build, a $2,500 strategy session, custom builds from $1,000 to $25,000 by scope, and ongoing partnership from $2,500/month.

What does the $499 Insight Report include?

A personalized roadmap: a current-state read, a clear future picture, and a phased plan of exactly what to build, in what order, with what tools, plus the honest tradeoffs. Delivered within 24 hours. It credits toward whatever you build next.

Do I need to be technical?

No. I handle the whole technical side: architecture, build, deployment, maintenance. You bring context about your situation and feedback on what is working. No coding, no jargon, no IT team.

What makes this different from just using ChatGPT?

ChatGPT is a general tool you prompt by hand every time. I build custom systems for your specific situation. They connect to your data, run on their own schedule, and do the work without you prompting them.

I am not a business, just a person with an idea. Is that okay?

More than okay. Morning and the personal app are built for exactly that: one task that keeps coming back, in your own life or work. You do not need a company to have a good reason for a tool.

Not sure which door is yours?

That's a fine place to start. Describe the task and you'll see a working preview built from your words. No cost, no call, no obligation. If it misses, you close the tab.
